Sm7b Noise Floor

Hey i purchased a sm7b mic few months ago.
Sm7b noise floor. I find it a great sounding mic for vocals but i was wondering if you guys find it a little too noisy. This means that even at max volume not recommended loudest the akai can get the sm7b is 7 5 db. Even if no voice call is in progress. You thus end up recording with a high degree of sensitivity yet having a very low noise floor the advantage of a dynamic mic.
I m running them through a cloudlifter cl 2 and into a sound devices mixpre 3 interface yet i m still getting what sounds to me like a very high level of hiss or self noise. I m using the shure sm7b with the frostrite scarlett solo 2nd gen and cloudlofter into logic pro x for voice over recording. Looking at the spec sheet for the sm7b search for output level you ll see that the output level for the sm7b is 59 0 db. Other dynamic mics like the shure beta 58a have more effective shielding around the voice coil that also reduces hum.
In the meeting room the ambient rf noise floor may be. Lemme know your thoughts. With its detailed audio profile words may travel far but they always arrive at their destination with quality and clarity intact. I m setting up a studio for voiceover podcast recording and just got my hands on a pair of shure sm7bs.
I bought it new. Given the application getting that. Some dynamic mics like the shure sm7b contain an internal hum bucking coil that reduces hum pick up. This gives you up to 19 db with clean gain.
I was under the impression i d have a clean gain and output yet there is still a noticeable noise floor that i m forced to get rid of through post audio processing. You start hitting the top 20 the hissy section of your preamp gain at 40 db. Is the pretty high noise a common issue on that mic. Hats off to the shure engineers for this bit of idiot.
The wide range frequency response of the sm7b preserves the natural beauty of the sound it captures. Sm7b noise floor question.
